So, I fell for the oldest story in the book. Saw a reviewed girl Khloe last week. 7633002043. Long story short- Only just transferred the donation.  she received a phone call, left the room because it was from her mother. Sent me a text saying a family member had health issues and she had to go, would reschedule another time. now- I try to remain compassionate, these things happen.
But we all know that was the last I would see of the girl or my money.
Over a week has passed, I tried not to press the issue since she had family dramas to contend with.
Tried texting- she was too busy yet - too soon.
Well now she is advertising again, simply ignores my texts. I know for sure now what I was pretty sure of all along.
In this hobby- I've been a lurker on this board for several years- probably 10 or more. I've felt like I was upsold, cheated of time, several other issues where I feel like I have been cheated out of cash.  But I've never been so blatently ripped off.
Thought someone should know so I don't happen to them.

Sorry that happened to you.  She NCNS'd me awhile back and I was planning on giving her another chance.  Not any more!

She was actually a pretty sweet girl, nice looking and we shared a laugh or two- It was meant to be an overnight so she took me for a fair amount of cash. Maybe she will come through- but I doubt it.

You did meet her so you should be able to write a review.  That will have a more lasting effect than the post.

I agree with Vorlon.  This should be written up as a rip-off review.  Maybe now is the time to stop being a lurker and make a contribution.

Write a rip off review her ad says $600 for overnights I wouldn't let someone get away with that kind of B.S.  or that kind of cash I hope it was a one time thing not some new scam shes started running.  

So I'm told that there was a tragedy in the family. 8 days was not long enough to wait to be contacted.  I would like to give her the benefit of any doubt and hope I wasnt scammed.
She seemed like a nice girl- but I've been fooled before.

of course he did not answer his phone when you called, he probably turned his phone OFF like you are instructed to do in the theater.

If you can not provide a make up date within 1 week the money should be returned IMHO

you could not find the time to at least turn on your phone and call him for 2 minutes during the 2 weeks it was "off"

im sorry but even with your "side" of the story a ripoff review is warranted

If what she was saying was true. there is no reason she couldn't have given you the money back immediately. Everybody should avoid until she explains herself, IMHO.

Might be worth posting a warning ad on BP itself too.

Shes back advertising and you think she didn't scam you.  Why post on here then if you don't want to do really do anything about it.

Since my name has been dragged through the mud and I have received several emails threatening me, making comments that this is why hookers get their a** beat, and calling me a thieving hooker, I think it is only fair, now, to explain myself even though this was, or I thought it was, a private transaction.
I met with this man with every intention of spending the evening with him. Let me clear one thing up from the beginning, we were not in a room as he states, we were at the Orpheum watching a play. I received several calls from my mom. Normally I wouldn’t answer my phone but considering it was her and she had called more than once in a matter of a few minutes, I knew it  was an emergency. I excused myself from the theatre and after a short call to her, I knew I needed to leave immediately. She had not given me specifics but told me it was an emergency and I needed to head up to her house right away.
I went to return to the theatre to explain this but as some of you may know, you cannot just walk into the theatre at any time. They told me I would have to wait another 6-7 minutes. I tried to call xxxx, which he did not answer so I sent him a text explaining I had a family emergency and had to leave and would make it up to him. I would like to point out I was with him for almost 3 hours before leaving, it was not merely a transaction. He makes it sound like I was given the money and left, that is NOT true.
Now, it has been almost 2 weeks since our date and xxxx has tried to contact me 3 times. The first of which I told him I was not able to meet with him. This was 2 days before my niece was born still  born at 6 months and my sister had been in the hospital for about a week at this point. The last 2 times he had tried to contact me were on the 26th-27th, which I was  not able to respond because of the fact I havent had my phone. I have not answered my phone in almost 2 weeks, for ANYONE. This has been a very difficult time for my family and I and I thought he would understand that, especially considering we had had a nice time until I needed to leave. Only when I started to receive hate mail was I alerted to the situation and came home to get my phone and call xxxx to ask him what was going on, at which point I received the texts he had previously sent. And the only reason I posted was so that people knew I was still around, which you may not understand, but think about it. If you search for a girl you’ve seen before and she hasn’t posted in over 2 weeks would you not wonder why? Or if she’s not available anymore? And, I posted 2 times in the last 2 weeks!
I have been working for a few years now and have tried very hard to maintain a good name for myself. I am a nice, clean girl who does not do drugs, and actually spends time with each and every client, getting to know them. This is why I have so many regulars. I enjoy what I do and have not had complaints since a few years ago when I was younger and immature. My pictures are real, I’ve always been very honest with my clients and have never upsold or scammed ANYONE. You can check my reviews. Contact “escorb” and ask him if I’ve answered any of his calls in the past few weeks. If you all are really so interested, don’t you think you should be open to hearing both sides of the story instead of taking one mans word against all else? Not everyone out here are scammers. I’ve been scammed before too. But did I retaliate? No, because unfortunately that is part of this business.  But I also don’t go around believing everything I’ve heard, and assuming everyone is a scam artist too.

have you returned his money?
where you somewhere with out access to email? (not sure if such a place exist)
there are ways to get a message across even if your sister did go into premature labor

no refund = RIPOFF

more important than telling "your side" is making good.

Sorry to hear about your sister I hope she is well.  We can be a bit skeptical at times sounds like its a matter for the 2 of you to resolve between yourselves.  And guys stop sending hate mail that accomplishes nothing.

You would wait 6-7 minutes after receiving a frantic call from your mom? Sorry, I guess I just couldn't. And no, his phone was on and I know that for a fact. Also, like I said, I DIDNT HAVE MY PHONE. it wasn't a matter of just turning it on. Other then 2 weeks ago when he contacted me, he hadn't texted me again til just the other day anyways.
And if you don't understand any part of the fact I had a family emergency And lost one family member and could've lost another so excuse me from being a little busy, than whatever. I'm a rip-off. Considering the fact that I spent 3 hours with him and set up to make up that session, I wouldn't consider it a rip off. But you go ahead and think whatever you want. I don't feel its necessary to explain myself any further. This is not very high on my list of priorities at this point.

Well it seems to me at this point we are waiting to hear how this situation with Bubbaloo gets resolved.  Time will tell.

Basically- everything both of us has said is true. The "room" I talked of was the Orpheum theater- I didn't see the need to get that specific. Yes my phone was on- but the ringer was off.
I would just like to publicly say that I feel so bad about the tragedy this nice girl has been through.
I'll admit that after 8 days or so I got a little concerned. Probably for no reason.
I can only say that I feel very bad that I would cause any additional grief to another human during such time of stress.

Returning his money is not high on your list....    this also, may put you on many hobbyists DNS list too.

but what I do know is this..

The guys work hard for their money (just like we do).  They deserve to be treated fairly.  We all know that stuff happens, including family emergencies.   But, if you want to get back in his good graces (and those of the other guys), make it up to the man.  He will be happy, you will be happy, and the entire gang here on the MN board will think much more highly of you and instead of receiving hate mail, you will receive calls and emails requesting your companionship.

Now as for you guys...you all realize this man has ZERO POSTING HISTORY?  ZERO REVIEWS?  ZERO WHITELISTS?  If he had come on here and attacked one of the more well known ladies here on TER, would you have taken quite the same stance?  I doubt it. I believe you would have told him to give her more time because she had just had a family emergency.  

Yes it has been posted a few times that Khloe has NCNS'd but no one has ever posted here or in the reviews that she is a scam artist.  I hardly think she would still be doing business under the same name if she WAS a scam artist.  You guys would have prevented that from happening.  Right?????

When a woman loses a baby, it is a loss like no other.  It is a time when she needs her family.  I am not saying it really happened as Khloe says, but I think she deserves more time to make it right without being attacked --- justly or unjustly.  That's all.    Time will prove whether or not she is a true scammer.  In a few weeks, if she has not made it right, then the OP can come post again and I will be all for it.
