Yep,it's me Chuck. I have a question from a friend. Need help

Hello all you friends in my life a couple of years ago in the Twin Cities. I miss you all. (Well, I miss most of you anyway!)

I was in the Philly area for most of the last part of 2002 and am currently in Southern California looking for my next "gig". Could be anywhere...wouldn't mind if it were back in Minneapolis.

Here is my question: Before I lived in Minneapolis (and started my rather prolific posting) I lived in Tampa for a year and a half. During that time, I met a few truly outstanding ladies. One stands out in my mind as absolutely the best all around experience that I ever have had. Beautiful, fantastic body, wonderful personality, intelligent, unbelievably sexy, CLASSY MODEL TYPE and articulate. If any of you might have frequented "Mons Venus" in Tampa(during the good old days if you know what I mean)...she was a dancer there that would literally steal the show. I have known her for 5 years and we are very close friends.

In that time, this person got out of the "business" and has obtained her BA in business. For a time she worked for a major corporation traveling up the executive ladder on a very fast track. Her corporate rise was based on true ability and talent not her "earlier skills". However, this person was laid off some time back in a corporate restructuring (hmmm...wonder if any of the rest of us have had that same problem?!) She has entered the Real Estate business in another state quite far from Minnesota. She is doing quite well and is happy with her new life.

However, as any new person in a commission only job, things are tight starting off. She asked me the other day where I might recommend that she "work" to supplement her income that was far from home, but might be receptive to her. I'm not sure where to tell her since I am sort of out of touch with the "hobby", but my first thought was the Twin Cities in that I spent so much time there. She would be likely to spend a few days a month wherever she might decide upon.

If you remember once I suggested that Lisa of St. Louis to visit Minneapolis. From the reaction of many of you...you were pleased with her visit. Let's just say if you liked Lisa....you would LOVE the lady I am talking about.

Now here is the question: Should I tell her to come to the Twin Cities? What is the "climate" like...and I don't mean the weather? If she is everything I say she is, would she find it profitable? What is the current LE climate? Honest advice would be very much appreciated since we have been friends for a long time. I am making no judgement on her temporary "unretirement", I just want to steer her in the right direction.
