Someone asked me today "what makes you so special?"  It's not that I'm better, or hotter, or sexier than any other provider.  What makes me unique in this market is that I honestly care.  My business is not about volume.  It's about making connections with people who need a little extra TLC.  In the month that I've been doing this, I've met some really great men who appreciate the time that I spend with them.  For them, it's more that the full service they receive.  It's about the song I sang, the other languages I speak, the killer massage, the dinner we cooked together, and the enthusiasm I bring to my work.  Bottom line-I offer more than plumbing.  As one of my clients told me, you take care of the whole man:mind, body and spirit.  I couldn't have said it better myself.

I guess I don't understand the point of your post.  I understand that you claim to be a married "undercover" provider, but what is the point of your post?  Are you telling us you're "special" to encourage more business?  If so, that is fine, but maybe give us some contact info. If you're not looking for clients, it seems odd that you felt compelled to come here and sing your own praises, just for the sake of doing so.  I guess maybe you could explain WHY you feel the need to "explain" yourself....

We have an odd dynamic here on the TwinCities board. We rarely can keep women around that like to be involved in posting threads and topics. Mostly, we get cookie cutter ads dropped on our board and other than 3 or 4 ladies out there, gals just never seem to answer their threads when guys post questions.
 I noticed this tough cookie holding her own 2 pages back as men were asking her one thing or another, so I thought we should bring it back up front.
 Sometimes we guys don't realize the extra burdon the ladies have when posting on boards, they are limited to one ad per week. But there is no limit to posting and interacting with the gang, and that seems to be what this gal is up to - the first new genuine female poster to come along in some time!  I realize that we need to "test things" for awhile when this happens just to make sure we aren't being had, but let's show ourselves friendly to this lady and maybe she can talk her other married friend into coming on the board too! And I think that would be a TER first! A woman who is not a provider being a member on a board! (Not a provider yet anyway - LOL!)
 Hell! I'd be open to holding an online auction to see who gets to be her first client!

I regret that I even mentioned my friend because that seems to have shifted the focus from what I intended to do.  My intention was to dispel the notion that I was a fake.  I'm not.  I'm here; I'm doing the work.  Don't count on my friend joining me because this is not exactly a traditional career change.  So when you say my "so called friend" you're accusing me of lying again, which I'm getting sick of.  I thought maybe you'd be interested in what I had to say, or why I bring a new perspective to the business.  You're so busy trying to figure out how I'm conning you, that you end up conning yourself.  Maybe you'd rather keep this forum for men only, with the occasional "cookie cutter" provider posting.  A real woman in here just might be too scarey for you.

Don't take it personally, you can't really blame guys in this hobby for being skeptics.
I hope you are for real. i haven't been in ter long and always wondered why there were so few females active in the discussions.

I am not from TC but regularly enjoy reading it.

Now, off to the nitty gritty.  As Briguy mentioned, don't take it personally.  Unfortunately, in this hobby there are many ladies that have an agenda that is less than honorable.  Too many gents have found this out the hard way

It is only natural for them to be a little skeptical (especially since you are new all around).  There is alot more invested than $$$ in meeting a gal (time, frustration etc) and most guys just want to make sure that you are the real deal.

You will find that the TC gents (like anyplace else, there are a few bad apples) are polite, gentleman and just nice people all around.  Not many ladies post on this board on a regular basis and I am sure that a regular female poster would be welcomed.  It adds a little spice and definitely a different perspective on certain topics

  I admire the girls who feel safe in posting on this board,I am a lurker I read but do not post for fear. I have seen some very uncomfortable things happen on this board and I feel if I post something that someone does not like, I worry what will happen.

I posted this rule back when I started moderating reguarding the double standard.
I want to create and enviroment here on this board that is safe for the ladies but boys can still be boysc - lol!
If I notice a guy being overly agressive toward a lady, I'll usually post a warning, and sometimes remove the post.
 The double standard isn't a perfect a plan, sinse some women don't act very lady-like, But that is rare, and most have been banned anyway, so most of these problems are (hopefully) a thing of the past!
 Jump right in! If you're still a bit shy, just come up with a good alias (The Invisible Girl sounds like a good one - I wonder if it's taken?)
 If you, or any other lady thinks the men too agressive or insulting to them, just PM me, and I'll back them down a notch!
