I get quite a few clients from my Twitter feed so I'm wondering if this is going to affect my business. Any of you tweet and if so, have you met providers via Twitter?

I posted a survey about this on my Twitter feed. I think Elon also made it necessary to log into Twitter now instead of just lurking, so sorry if that happens to you 🙄

Have never been on Twitter  
Have never seen anyone because of Twitter  
Will not see anyone through Twitter  
Therefore Mr Musk and his Twitter rules will not cost you my dollars as you would not have before the rules and will not now through Twitter.

But I haven't found it of any significant value for finding providers although it has eliminated a few from consideration.  I think Musk and Twitter would have been better off if he had stuck to Tesla and Space-X.

… is that users without a logon can’t view tweets from providers. I’ve done that on occasion to learn more about a provider before asking for a session, and to prepare for a session. I don’t have and won’t have a Twitter account, so the new policy is a negative for me, especially if Twitter is a provider’s main or only advertising channel.

I don't personally reach out via Twitter, but it's a nice tool for me to learn more about a provider. How frequently someone tweets and the types of posts are really helpful. Sucks twitter is going this route. That said, I heard Meta will be introducing a twitter clone this year.

I assume it just means scrolled by on your screen.  These apps don't just download everything, but just enough to keep ahead of where you're viewing.  So they have a pretty good count of things that have appeared on the screen so far.
