I know that the $400 / hour providers are trying to move the market to $450 and would never try to bargain a provider down in arranging a session.  
However, I cannot afford it for my twice a month sessions.
 
So, I am offering $350 for each of two one-hour incall sessions in August. My rate schedule is not negotiable.
Respondents must be over 35.

… reaching out to the local over-35 providers who are no more than $350/hour? There are some ladies with reviews in the past few months who fit your parameters. They may or may not read this board, or do so often.

A quick search of tryst brought up 110 providers at 350 and under listed in Minneapolis, MN.  
I would recommend starting there.

$450? Haha.. yeah okay. Have yet to meet anyone worth that here in MN. You can get EXCELLENT service for $300.
