Ok.  So I tried to register with P411 and when I went through all the necessary screens and got to the end I clicked next and got an empty screen.  I tried again and the same thing happened.  I'm  assuming they want your credit card info before they do a check on you. Is this what normally happens?  This also happened to me on a providers website when I got through all the required fields and clicked on a "book an appointment" icon.  I know this sounds stupid but I am very new to this and I'm just feeling my way through the whole thing.  Also, I have read some reviews and websites of providers and they have screened clients through this site.  What do I need to do on this site for that to happen?  Any help would be appreciated.  Thanks.

You can ask them yourself by clicking on the Live Help box in the upper right of the home screen.  I don't think it operates on weekends, but it certainly does during the week.  They will walk you right through the whole process.  Among other things, they helped me to pay for membership by mailing a money order instead of using a credit card.

I don't know anything about the P411 site, but what you describe sounds like it could be a flash issue. If you use the Firefox browser and the NoScript add on, often things like that will get blocked. Other browsers may incorporate something similar depending which you use. Just double check to make sure that your flash is up to date and you aren't blocking scripts. If it's not that then I don't know what to tell you. Good luck.

It might be due to the browser you were using. Internet Explorer 8 tend to restrict lots of stuff ( pop up windows, scripting, etc) for internet sites by default. If you add the site to the list of trusted sites, the page may display properly.

It is a stupid software design. Almost nothing would work properly unless it is trusted, so many users just routinely trust any sites. That defeats the entire purpose of browser security.
