Problems with purchased VIP

I was wondering anyone else has had a similar problem as I have with my purchased VIP.  
I have done this in the past and run into problems here and there, but usually not too much problem that TER couldn't straighten out.   Recently, I purchased a quarterly VIP using the new Trust Cash option.   It seemed to go through and I had VIP after a couple days.   This lasted only a couple days, until I found that I was back to Basic.  I contacted TER and a couple days later back to VIP...but only for a day or two.  Now I am back to Basic and have contacted TER about 4 times without resolution or response.  WTF??!?  Anyone else with similar problems?

1. Try posting this on the Newbie board. One of the vets on that board or admin might notice and be able to help.

2. Use the Contact Us link at the bottom of the page after you Login and explain what is going on.

3. Go to the link below. Click the Contact Us drop down link from the bar at the top and membership inquiry. Address your issue.

I suspect your mail is getting routed to the wrong department within TER. Give as much detail as possible including the amout you paid, where paid, date and any confirmation numbers if possible.

Please check 'My Feedback' (found on the  'My TER' tab).  Our responses to all of your 'Contact Us' messages are found there.

In a nutshell, we need you to send us the name and address of the bank you used as well as the deposit information from your deposit slip (date, deposit #).  

Just reply to one of the messages in 'My TER' with this information.  


Send us a Contact Us and let us know what is happening so we can look at it.  Please be specific so we can duplicate any issue.
