Something that has been bugging me for a little while as I'm in the market right now... I notice ads for body rub providers that are 'fetish friendly' - what does that mean, exactly?

I would be hoping that there are good massage providers out there who offer an upgrade if I'm 'feeling it' (and indeed, if she is) with no pressure up front. Is that what it equates to?
