...did he expect her to be dressed in her finest lingerie, freshly made up with her hair done just waiting by the phone for his call?!  
Also, he only gives her a '4 she just laid there' for performance yet RCG takes some very active participation on the part of the Provider. I think I'll file a problem report and see if we can't get her score raised to at least a '5'.  

And, as long as I'm at it, correct grammar for a grade of '4' should read 'she just lay there' not 'laid' there (insert angry face here)!
