I would think you need to explain to them why you feel justified in the 9 rating... so in following the rules... Sweet April would start at a 7 and then with KIssing.. and the offer of Bi... you should be able to post a 9 just as others have... Heck April should get a 10 just for the way her eyes can melt your soul!!!

This is the way to go but be aware you may need to be patient and engage in multiple exchanges of notes before you get it resolved. Whomever reviewed your review may have not thought what you put into it justified a 9 and automatically lowered it to a 7. I also think they pay more attention to what you put into the profile fields than into the detail section.
P.S. I agree; April is a 10 pure and simple regardless of what the rules say!
