A provider asked me how she can post on this discussion page and I guess I don't know that answer.

Does she have to be a VIP or in some way activate herself with TER to post her availability on here?

Any brief insight you could give me to share with her would be appreciated.

Here's a link to provider ad posting guidelines.  The important thing is : do not
post one for her.  It will get you moderated.
She can link her site and place an ad once every 7 days!
