I was pulled over after seeing a provider by the name of "Avery" . Now I am seeking legal advice. Just a heads up for all you guys that A: she is working with the police department or B: she is being watched and is in some kind of trouble. I mean how did they know what room I was coming from and what I was doing? I don't know? A little odd don't you think?

Did you get arrested or just a warning?  I have always wondered what they could do after the fact.

I doubt she is working with LE but rather they had her room staked out and were arresting people after the fact.

Ohhh my... I had this same problem at the Days Inn, I called Avery to set up an appointment, she told me to call back to confirm close to our time that we agreed, I felt a little nervous at first from the sound of her voice, I showed up anyways due to the fact the girl looks great. We finished our appointment, I went to my car there was a card from the Police department on my windshield......Im going to have to go with option "B" on this one. Wow thats too many things for one girl, thank you madman for pointing this out. I thought I was the only one, and dident want to start any trouble..

If so, what were the exact charge(s)????   Have you talked to her since?  Be much more specific.

My charges were ingaging in illeagal activity with a prostitute. They also searched my work vehical and it was impounded. And now I have to go to court. I am pretty positive she is working with L.E. because how else would they know her stage name and what room and what car I was driving. Idk? I think she set me up. I would stay away from her becouse it is all a little too wierd and now I am going to have to explain this to my wife.. Ouch... I thought she was safe because of her reviews. Well I learned my lesson from now on I will not see any new providers I will stick with the ones I know are safe.

I'm guessing she needs to move her incall out of whatever town she is using.  If she was working with LE, you probably would have been arrested.

Sorry to hear that madman. I saw the provider last week that she was trying to degrade on this board. I asked her what all the smoke was about and she informed me that she also got in trouble with Avery. She gave her real name and i can confirm that she does have a few cases out there. Everything from stealing gas to possession of drugs and prostitution going all the way back to 07. I'm 99.9% sure that she is working with LE. Buyer beware.

I saw Avery a couple months ago. It was a rather weird experience. She was VERY talkative to a point where if I wanted to leave! She told me that she basically had one more year of "Probation" and that if she had any kind of "fuck up" within that year she was going to prison. Her location in Brooklyn Park is also right off the Hwy and there are quite a few motels that are close to each other. Maybe she is working with LE, maybe not. I never heard of Police leaving a note/Ticket on a windshield. Whatever it is, becareful to all my fellow hobbyiest...

Um, but if she was working with LE, what kind of LE sting involves letting the guy go all the way and leaving a ticket on the windshield?

I mean, isn't protocol to make an arrest once the money changes hands?

I dont know what really happened if anything at all, but I do know as does anyone who has seen her that she talks alot and told me that alot of girls hate her. She even told me that some were staying in the same hotel. So if this is true which I would say is 50/50 then it was probaly another girl.

Before you question the reviewers maybe you should question the person making the charges.  Who has   ever heard of madman before today.  I can't find any reviews by him or that he's ever contributed on the discussion board before today.  Far as I'm concerned, this could just be a person (perhaps a provider, or a dissatisfied client) with an ax to grind.  I reread my review and I'll stand by everything I put in it.  I've continued to see her occasionally, as recently as last week with no problems.  I don't know what is going on here,  but something is fishy about the whole deal.  It's a cause for concern,  but don't question reviewers till you find out what is really going on here.

Of the reviewers BIG SAL is absolutely one of the best and is in the top 10.

What I meant to say was that I can NOT believe that someone who has been rebiewed by as many well respected reviewers (SUCH AS BIG SAL) could have set up people as effectively as she did. This almost makes reviews not a sure way to play safe.

The reviews are pretty  much always correct. Unless something happens and the lady needs to get out of a jam. But on the other hand there is a lady here in the Cities who told me she doesn't play fair when out of town and makes the rules as she goes. So like we all said is this fiction or truth? Look back last week on the Chicago board about the VICE playing dirty, so who knows. For me I am not seeing anyone new till this blows over. Also in the past, isn't every spring they try to crack down on the hobby?? Just a thought

with Avery.  I am not a lawyer but I just can't see how LE would work with a provider in this way.  It makes no sense to me.  

It would be nice to hear from Avery herself and get her side of the story.

Sorry but if i'm one fuckup away from going to prison, i'm stopping whatever the fuck got me into trouble in the first place for at least that time period. especially with how easy stings can be set up. And yes I got caught up in a sting and took several months off of the hobby because i didn't want to really get f'd over. and i wasn't even on probation, i just got paranoid.

We don't know anything from any reliable sources about what really happened and there is room to be suspicious of both parties.

Well Vorlon i agree with you. She can always change her name, number and pics but we as hobbyists don't have that luxury. What do we need to post here arrest record on here? I would just say do your homework and know who you are going to see.

The OP is not using an alias, he has mail.  I don't know why he would post this without cause, but I do feel something is astray in his posts.  If I was arrested, I would now have posted that I was pulled over. ????????????

...that if someone is working as a CI (confidential informant) that they aren't allowed to break any laws. In other words, if Avery was working with LE, they would NOT sit back and let her go through with giving sessions time and time again just to catch a customer after the fact. Any sessions she did would result in another count against her.
And as far as just watching her, if they don't have any solid evidence on anyone that will stand up in court, it doesn't matter if LE knows what room anyone was coming from. If they don't have evidence solid enough to stand up in court that a crime was committed within that room, they have nothing. If they can get a customer to confess, then they have something that they can use in court.
But it seems like a waste of time on LE's part if they were trying to make cases by just sitting outside a suspected escort's room, and pulling over anyone who left that room hoping that, when questioned, that person would simply confess.
Because if someone left a room that is under the name of a known escort and the escort was inside the room during the time that person was in that room, that in itself isn't enough evidence to convict anyone of anything.
The only way LE would have enough evidence to convict is to have proof money was exchanged for sex. Once that burden of proof has been met, LE would then have SOLID evidence that would stand up in court, and there wouldn't be someone just getting pulled over, that someone would be getting arrested.  

But if they were gathering solid evidence, such as videotape, they certainly wouldn't be letting Avery go through with the session and letting the guy leave and get out to his car and drive away before they stopped him. They would be on his ass the minute the money was exchanged. Why would they let the guy leave the room and get into his car and drive away before stopping him? LE is NOT going to let the guy get in a position to put himself, LE, and the public in danger with a possible high-speed chase if the guy decided to run, or a possible stand-off if he had a weapon in his car.

What is odd is that a few days ago Avery was on these boards saying some not-so-pleasant things about someone. And now someone else shows up and makes this post about about Avery.

As far as my legal name goes that is nobodys business and the fact that another provider would give out that kind of information is totally unprofressional. Nobody is throwing her dirt out there like that. My past is nobodys business. I am well established. have been in the business for over 10 yrs. Wow. I really am entertained by all of this.

1. The original writer who started the thread has no history on this site. The provider in question has numerous reviews - nearly all of them very good.  Who deserves more creedence?

2. There appear to be discrepancies between what he states in his first and second postings.

3. After doing some research on MN law I could find no legal charge that is as he describes.

4. It does not make sense that someone would be pulled over and arrested after seeing a provider. If something were set up it would happen prior to or just as an illegal act were to begin.

5. It is disturbing that someone would post legal issues from a provider's past  - personal information - on this forum. I believe if you looked at everyone who posts on this forum you would dredge up a lot of things that people did in their past.

6. Is it possible that this whole thing is retaliation for the posting made last week by the provider in question?  I looked for that posting and thread and it has been removed.

Trying to read ALL the posts and get a clear picture is impossible for me. SO much noise, junk, and lack of explanation.

Neither being experienced nor a lawyer, can someone explain:

What the hell does getting a "card/ticket" under your windshield accomplish? How can you get ticketed for an illegal activity you haven’t been caught doing, and without even being approached by LE? They can ticket cars that are illegally parked because the parking itself is evidence of the crime. How do they know what was going on, why wouldn't they go in and bust, how do they know that the car in question is related to what they psychically know is a crime going on?

If LE can do that, then we’ve entered a state of repression I don’t know of.

What evidence is there for anyone but you and her to know that something illegal happened?

IS she going to testify against you as LE's evidence (even though she did it with you)?

Was the card from someone else like an anti-prostitute group going around and trying to harass johns and providers?

None of this makes sense and then there are multiple other anecdotes being referred to. All sounds like b.s. to me.

I don't think they can give you the equivalent of a parking ticket for "seeing a prostitute."  Beyond that, I think the summary is that no one really knows anything.

Sounds like the provider is being watched. If she is on probation providing AT ALL is soooooo unwise.

To me a card on a windshield says:

"Hi, we hope you are stuid enough to let this scare you. We can't prove shit, but if you are willing to take this bait and contact us and incriminate yourself, we would be happy as hell."
