Lexus - No show twice

Just beware fellas, I was left on St Paul corner waiting, she offered a friend instead, no thanks.  2nd time around, next day, same situation, said she had a mistake in her appointment book.  That was after a confirmation with a text message - not a reliable provider despite the great reviews.
