...is when you show up at her door and realize the pics are WAY old and she is about 50 pounds heavier and lookks like she's had a hard few years.  I know.  I made an appointment many months ago.  I thought she was about 7 months pregnant... but she wasn't.  There is one review that is about the same as my experience.
