I just read VLADTHEIMPALA‘s review of Harper which I’m not sure why it is even a review since he claims that he walked out and never experienced her services. Furthermore, he brings up her using drugs which I thought wasn’t permitted in reviews. Have the TER guidelines changed recently?

It could be Miggs has a sleep/substance issue. Very early morning post (1:00 am-ish), took him 2 edits and well over 20 minutes to "finish" his thoughts, lol. He does love to sit behind his computer screen and throw shit at everyone though!

IMHO the review is and should be allowable. The meeting took place even though it appears that he did not leave happy. Reviews are allowed when money has been lost and the meeting never took place so in this case was one step farther . No rule on drugs being mentioned that I am aware of . By the way it is also a saint rules to write disparaging remarks about posters so your thread is probably more likely to have broken rules as his. Personally glad to know a possible issue exists although most of her other reviews are very complimentary. Defending the agency or the provider?
The TER FAQ’s says that you are not allowed to mention a provider using drugs in a review. This has happened with this review. The review isn’t even clear if any services happened or money was exchanged since the reviewer say they “walked out” of the session.
But the real reason you are attacking me is because of a previous thread where you violated “client privacy” by outing me on a public escort forum for requesting BBFS in private. But I don't think he did that. He wrote she had previously regaled the amount of drugs during a spring breek like most girls do when they get back. I am only seeing the free part of his review that says she previously discussed drugs. That doesn't break TER. As she said it nor is there a sentence after saying she did it high. If there is assumption of highness soley due to that exchange of her retailing about her time away then it shlild be removed. But if there's only mention that she had told me she did drugs during a spring break, I think that doesn't violates rules. It's funny there's a scare/morality policing of drugs, but he's still okay with the whole hiring someone.
Harper has over 70 reviews which are very good. She gets one poor review from a handle with a grand total of TWO reviews. Particularly after reading it, few people are going to take that review seriously at all. But you had to come along and pitch a fit over it. More people will actually remember this review and something negative about Harper because you did this.
I have no dog in this fight but if the original reviewer is being honest in saying the provider admitted to using drugs(unless we're talking a little weed) then that info should be shared. Although some might not care, I assume many hobbyist would like that information in order to hp make a decision.
Yes, the review is most likely fake and is also now gone. Nonetheless, your actions brought a lot more attention to it than it would have otherwise received. You are far from the 1st person who has overreacted to a bad review of a provider they like.
I am pleased to see that the review was removed. It’s one thing to write a fake positive review. It’s another thing to write a fake negative review, call a provider stupid, attack their character, claim they are on drugs, and spreading Covid without caring who they infect in the process.
