I would agree with Volron feels like the department is having issues in addition they are being more selective about reviews they approve. I just got a review from mid December published that kept getting rejected without an explanation and trouble reports would take close to a week to get any response. Just keep at it and work it through.

I just wrote a review yesterday for Miliani Delacruz.  We'll see how long it takes to get posted.
I've had a Problem Report posted since 12-30 with no action yet so we'll see how long a review takes.
