Why there are no providers in Plymouth or Maple Grove?

Some cities have strict rules on licensing. Mpls is still unregulated, meaning they don't require providers to be certified. Most providers who work in the suburbs will never post any info on their location because of this issue and risk.

... about Minneapolis being "unregulated"?  Minneapolis does have specific regulations on licensing for providers who offer massage.  They were enacted last year.

I normally don't go that far, but there's one, massage and HJ.
