I found it on the St. Paul paper's website.  The Feds seized a website as well.  I hope they went after actual traffickers.

Looks like one person arrested in Bismarck ND. Website seized. But indictments for owner who lives in Canada, and seemingly others not named in the news article. Minneapolis was just one of the markets supported by the website.

And another story not in the local paper said that Toronto police arrested the ringleader.
