It looks as though HSBC was fined $1.9 bilion for not having proper laundering safeguards.  That happened in December. Trustcash still worked through Wells Fargo as recently as March, but no longer by May.

Barclays recently gave notice that it's cutting ties with Somali money transfer services, so perhaps it was the same concern that shut down our nice pay-by-cash option.

The pre-paid credit card option now seems to be missing as well.
