I have now stopped in here a couple times on my trips to Mpls.  While the food is very average, they have a decent variety of draft brews.  However, the draw of course is the them, Hooters on Steroids.  I very much like staff, the outfits, car washes, theme evening, model events.  Lots seems to be happening at this place. Nearly all the staff I've observed are "hobby quality".  
Any locals frequent this palce?  Are the theme nights/events worth taking in?  Thanks.

wacky weds are indeed fun if you catch them on the right costume day.

Went there first thinking it was a rib place. I was kinda right,  the wait staff has great ribs among other things! Best car wash in town and Wed are the bomb.
