If it's red it's dead?  The red letters and numbers behind the posts...is that to indicate that post/thread is ineligible for additional posts/responses?

OK now I understand about the red date/time but don't have the answer.

Before you asked that question, I had always thought it meant I had clicked on that reply and read it.

But looking back that's not the case. Very curious...

I'm sure Vorlon or some of the more experienced and knowledgeable guys or gals will know the answer and chime in.

Currently on the board appear to be from 9/6/2015 from a certain period of time.  If I had to venture a guess it would be the posts that were looked at by a moderator before being posted.  I am just guessing though from what times/date appear to be red.

The recent majority of my and TwinCitiesGuy's posts had the red date/time stamp after it.  There were two others.  And no it's not because they are 24/48 hours old like someone below wants you to believe.  It was well below those timelines.

I don't appreciate your attitude.  But what should I expected anymore on TER.  Sir, or madame, whichever you may be...I sincerely hope you have an awful day since you can't afford a respectful response to an honest question.  But thanks for the info.

Thanks for the answer but it was better explained by another a-wad below.  Thanks though BM, er...wait which alias was this?

I answered your question. I gave you some good advice. The attitude is your own.

I knew it had something to do with the age of the post but not to the level of the post on the newbie board.
