What is your take on having a beard and getting the most out of the ladies?

I have this reoccurring thought that ladies don’t like to DFK or allow DATY for a guy who has a beard.

And not some wimpy goatee or spirit beard, especially not a 70's porn mustache.  Go be gay with that mustache.

But like everything in this lifestyle, have it clean and well groomed.

I've never had a lady express disappointment or be dissatisfied with my facial hair.

I have had it happen to me twice that a provider stopped me from going down on them because of my beard.

So I typically shave before I see a provider or if I have a beard I ask them if they prefer a beard or not.  9 times out of 10 they ask me to shave it.

would love some providers input on this one.

If it is short enough that you can shave it, it is not a beard.  A real beard takes time to grow in and if mere shaving removes it, then it is not a beard.

You appear to be talking about stubble, which is the equivalent of 20 grit sand paper.

A properly grown and maintained beard is as gentle as a woman’s well maintained and groomed hair.

Who could blame a woman if she doesn’t want you to run an industrial sander across her hopefully most sensitive areas.

Like all aspects of this life, do your research, being lazy in you personal grooming for a day or two does mean you have a beard.

Um... WRONG.  I am talking about a beard.  Like 1" or longer.   Some people are blessed and can grow them in a month or less.

I keep mine trimmed to about 1/2" or so and sometimes let it get longer.

Actually, what you are talking about is being lazy in your personal grooming habits.

It takes you a month?

A real beard isn't "like 1 inch or longer", that is just being lazy.

There's a multitude of websites out there that will not only show you what a real beard looks like, they will also instruct you as to how to take care of it.  And there's a multitude of products to help you do that, as well as natural oils and treatments that assist in it.

I've had a beard for years and not once has a provider asked me not to perform specific acts, or comment negatively on it.

But, like taking care of my beard, I do the other little things like be freshly bathed,  brush my teeth and have fresh breathe, hell, I even wear clean clothes!

When you want to be a real man, and have a real beard, do the same thing you should be doing on this website, do your research.

One last comment, you will never impress anyone on a website like this when you use a phrase like "Like 1" or longer"  There are a lot of ladies who do actually prefer that with people they see casually,  as it doesn't stress them physically, and it makes their day easier, and I wish you luck in your endeavors if that is a part of the package you bring to an encounter.

Big difference between a groomed, conditioned beard and stubble. I don’t like stubble when I’m “down there” and I bet ladies don’t like guys with stubble going there.

I have been a few times, but I get rid of the caveman look before a date. What helps is those beard products on the market, like wash or beard butter and beard comb.

Face it bearded ones not many women like beards, face facts. Your growing your beard for yourself. Moustaches are acceptable, although what complaint ive had about mine is it tickles. Anyway want to be a ladies man shave that beard gents.

I’m not sure my opinion matters much since the TER fellas of MN rarely, if ever, reach out to me but since you asked… men with beards are *fans self* whew. We live in the land of lumberjacks, embrace it! Now, I will admit, there are some styles that are a… choice (soul patch? Mutton chops? Horseshoe? 😐). Otherwise it’s all fair game.  

 
However, if you’re going to grow a beard then you need to maintain it. Oftentimes your facial hair is not conditioned like it needs to be which is why it can sometimes hurt and irritate the more delicate skin of the face and pubic area. I strongly encourage that fellas use beard oil twice a day, condition their beard daily, and comb through it so the oils get the root and evenly across the strands.  

 
Oh… if you’re turning into a silver fox, even in the beard, keep the salt and pepper look.

I agree with Paige that we are located in the Land of Lumbersexuals and my bed is a Land of 10.000 Lakes after a man with a beard goes diving (bring a snorkel, lol). Just like women have different hair textures and use various products, a man is wise to give a heads up to a provider and find out ahead of time if it's a concern. Sometimes it's not the beard but the product used on the beard that creates irritation. I usually ask that they wash it really well while showering before seeing me and condition it so it's not like a brillo pad... otherwise GAME ON!!!  

If your beard has food in it, boogers, or smells like another woman's pussy...we would certainly have a conversation.
