... "employed for a purpose; utilized".  I don't see any negative connotation in the use of the word in the OP and I doubt he meant any negative connotation.

as a half hour between consenting adults is a half hour that can be a variety of things.  I would suggest you post reviews of the providers you have seen too.  Have a good day.

It depends on what the ladies offer. Some may only do hj, while others  
may offer more. The old ymmv applies. Do your research.
Or better yet do back to back 1/2hr sessions.

Not exactly.  
It means whatever she may be comfortable with in that amount of time.
Personall, I dislike doing  half hours from experimenting with them because that's not enough time for me to show anyone my greatness as a provider.
