Pregnant and lactating providers are always very popular when they're available.  I haven't seen either around in quite some time.  They tend to pop up on places like BP without reviews, so if one comes up you'll likely be testing untested ground.

Of course, you should do your due diligence before just answering such an ad.

Id say check out back page there on there all the time.
