The sheriff's roster makes interesting reading today. The address of the action is the station but it probably happened in Roseville. 8 is not such a Super number.

will only invest so much time looking.

There have been more and more teaser-posts lately, "I found something out so how about if I get you to guess what it is or redo the research." I mean, I don't know or care what county Roseville is in for starters!

In general, I think it would be better to give MORE hints or the direct link. In this particular case, I'm not positive, but don't think that type of link is prohibited. If it is, it wouldn't be that hard to direct us to the page by other means.

Mark.  I don't know why you and others seem to have a hard time finding this info, it's certainly not rocket science.  But here is a hint.  Open google, and type 'ramsey county jail roster' and hit enter.

Wallah.  it's the first hit.  it's also the first hit if you search for 'Ramsey county arrests'  And yes, this particular counties jail roster appears to be maintained by a newspaper.

And PLEASE people, no posting of the link.  real names, addresses, etc.  Not good.

It's easy and obvious, even fun once you've solved the tiresome puzzles.

I wasn't alone on this one, and even having gotten in, won't spend the time it would take to bring meaning to it. If someone else does the research, great - and share the research, being as specific as possible.

Still not sure about the link issue, though. The link to the search page doesn't have any names at all. Taken to extremes, maybe we can't link to Google!

What kind of LE posts aren't allowed? Where is this info?

There is no article.  You simply have to search the COUNTY SHERIFF'S roster.  As many of you know, several counties (and some newspapers) post arrest ledgers daily.  Complete with the offense they were arrested for.  One can learn much (i.e. areas to avoid) by reading these regularly

Leads to search pages at best. It's not at all intuitive that you can just hit search without making an entry. That's the kind of information that might be helpful.

And maybe you know some better way to get in ...

I found it in exactly 15 seconds.

Google:  ramsey county booking reports

Click on the link for the 16th. Voila.

I always forget about that one.  Way better if you are just looking for something recent than the one that my directions above lead to.

So next time I read, "The sheriff's roster makes interesting reading today. The address of the action is the station but it probably happened in Roseville. 8 is not such a Super number," ... I'll immediately know to, "Google:  ramsey county booking reports" and how the site navigation works. So intuitive!

TER changed their policies some time ago to disallow posting any links to an article that contains the real name of a hobbyists or escort, regardless of whether or not there is any easy way to connect their hobby or escort id to their real one.  I don't know if it would apply to a link to a page from which you can search for people arrested for prostitution offenses.

Original poster meant 6 not 8 in Roseville, I believe.  Emerald in Maplewood is also perilous.  This was very easy info to find.
