Any reason old reviews are popping up?

So I saw a review for Juliet Jones that is now under the new reviews but it is from November. Also in the profile there is no email or other contact information. I have seen her many times and she has not been active for a while now.

There's an email in the ad that's linked in her profile.  

If you know for a fact that Juliet didn't see any clients in November and have evidence of that, you (or better yet Juliet) can report the review from November.

When you use the email address it comes back as "undeliverable". Also the ad was posted 9 months ago.
