… the review was reported, it was withdrawn, edited, then put back up again as a “new” review. That’s just a guess, as I didn’t see this review until you posted it.

Years ago, TER allowed me to edit a posted review so I could clear up some confusion over it and it was removed and then reappeared after I resubmitted it.
