When I created the "Joke" thread I chose the MN board as its home. TER chose to post it on the Erotic Humor board immediately. I quickly lodged a complaint stating basically the same thing as Edge. TER then moved the thread to the Minnesota board. Without explanation the thread was moved back to erotic humor. This thread was created for the Minnesoata board for a reason. Some of the people reading the Minnesota board I consider friends. The "joke" thread was intended for them. Had I known the thread would be buried in erotic humor I wouldn't have put in the effort creating it. Look at some of the other boards....they're anemic and struggling to find participants. If we Minnesotans want to share with fellow Minnesotans we should be allowed to do so.
I was disappointed to see that it had not been allowed to stay and had been moved off of our board. I know the subject matter of this post was "humor" and there is a board specific to this subject, but having an occasional "joke theme day" here on our board to increase a bit of board participation once in a while would be good and wouldn't be disruptive ... IMHO.
I think it kind of killed the thread and perhaps the momentum of today's "visable" board participation.
Each board has a personality based on it's primary participants and here in Minnesota I think our board is quite decent. We don't have an excessive amount of threads to weave through every day - but they all seem to be friendly and reflect on the caliber of participants we have. (For all I know the nasty stuff is moderated out now!)
Anything to generate friendly, productive, informative conversation is a positive in my book. I need things to laugh at every day - it's good for your health - and an occasional funny jokes dissipates the leftover feeling I may have gotten when that dude cut me off on my drive to work, or some such thing that is going on around me!
Just sayin' ....... I was sorry to see it moved..........
I don't see what the problem is. Was some funny stuff there which I would never see on the other board. Can't be too big of a deal to do that on here once a week or so?

Good one DS. I'm going to make another shot at getting my joke on the Minnesota Board. "What's the difference between jelly and jam? I can't jelly my dick down my girlfriends throat." Now how could that be classified erotic? It just seems like an old fashioned dirty joke to me!!
