True?  I did try to log in back in 2017 or 2018, but the message was that the site was inoperative in the U.S.

When did it reopen?  I might jump back in some time....

When the FOSTA/SESTA law was passed, TER blocked access to the site from the U.S. but you could still access from overseas or by using various software that would make you appear like you weren't in the U.S.

The problem was though that there were no new reviews for U.S. based providers and not much in the way of discussion so the site was of little value to people in the U.S.
