Pictures are important.  I've passed on ladies because of bad photos.  Professional pics are great if you can, but at least get a friend to take some nice shots.  (I'm not a fan of selfies).  They should suggestive but it's better if they are not nude.  

No sound (ie; music, voice, etc.)

1)  The web site should be easy to navigate and not overly cluttered or fancy.  Focus on the basics of what we as potential clients would like to see
2)  Ideally, the first page I land on (or second if there is one of those disclaimer pages with Enter and Exit on them) will have at least 1-2 good pictures plus some basic information about rates and preferred contact methods.  It doesn't have to be complete but I'd like to see enough information quickly to decide if I'm interested or not.  If I'm interested then I can dig deeper and look at the pages that have more detailed information
3)  I like a mix of pictures.  Professionally done ones are nice but the concern guys have is they may be manipulated to make the lady look significantly better than what we will see when the door opens.  Selfies or pictures taken by a non-pro may give a better idea of what to expect when we see you but the risk there is that if they are badly done then they make you look bad.  The objective should be a WYSIWYG set of photos.

With professional photos mixed in with the selfies ... I also recommend you have a friend take a few nice shots ... Maybe it's not professional but it's a step above selfies for now. FYI many ladies use escortsite and I think those websites look good ... Be creative and make it your own.
