I have heard mxed reviews on this lady as well in addition to her rasiig her rack rate significantly. Hope she calls you back with a good explanation. If not guess her business must be booming as she can afford to blow off business.
Most recent review says she is recovering from a car accident. I don't know if there is any relationship between that and her NCNS but it is worth considering.
