Unless I missed something, TrustCash doesn't work that way anymore.  Went to renew my VIP a while ago and there were no banks in MN on the list.  I just looked now and the TC site wants you to create an account with an emamil and password, and looking through the FAQ got me to the link below, which seems to imply that they want you r credit card and contact information.

Feel free to tell me that I missed something, because I hope I did.

In the past I used visa gift cards becuz I could give it a random name and address for the billing. but the last time I tried they denied it cuz the charge came from over seas. so I used the Trustcash and paid in cash at the nearest wells fargo.
Now I don't know.

I just go to the local non-chain bank, purchase a Visa gift card and all is well.  They probably are not using intenational brokers
