I saw a 20/20 version ...

Of that.., an ex Olympian turned high end escort & top reviewed in Las Vegas ...... She had a sex addiction...  Her poor husband... She was from Wisconsin.

Sad it went so badly for her.  I'm sure she's not the first well known person, not counting porn stars and the like, to have escorted at one time or another.

The Big Ten conference actually had an award in her name that was given annually to the best female athlete in the conference.  Of course, that is no longer the case.

However, for me, she has an even greater meaning.  I remember reading her story when it broke the first time.  Until then I had been unaware of the hobby world.  Reading that story provided me an epiphany.   It led to my interest, and entry, into lots of fun. So, I owe her a huge thank you even though we've never met.    

I think she's just done and said what she needs to in order to survive in her"real" life.  It's too bad that someone like her can't take a stand and be open about it.
