Seeking opinions.  I love a good therapeutic massage, But I also love he tease.  Who, in your view, provides a great massage and also a world class tease during that massage?

Do  search on reviews. They'll display most recent first.  
You'll find plenty to choose from.
You need to be member though just like the people that created them.

The best tease I encountered was the now retired Mistress Lotus

The common denominator if there is one, seems to be experience.
Adding Maya and I think Porsche to the tease list.
In terms of technique, nothing beats the reach under, except, possibly, being teased in the shower.
The visual tease is much neglected. A really good striptease is hard to beat, and in that category... I can't think of anybody.

The reach under is totally awesome but then again when you flip gently,  running her fingers over your manhood while you get a good first look at her naked body is on the top of the list. Waiting for the flip and knowing its not far off is crazy good.  

One of my favorites is Mariah.  
Maybe not totally therapeutic, but has super soft touch and is never in a rush.  She prefers showering at her place because she gets into all the nooks and crevices.  She slowly keeps adding to the tension by going a little further.  Her reach under is also awesome.  She never rushes and seems to enjoy prolonging her efforts!  Always draws out results ending in a toe curling finish!
She is always good for the hour and sometimes more.  
She's been around for years, now UTR, and no longer looking for new customers.

Also, recommending someone who isn’t looking for new customers isn’t too helpful to the OP, is it?

World-class massage and tease, and much more if you want it.  One of the few FBSM providers I’ve met who I’d see just for therapeutic massage, she’s that good.  Oh but that tease...
