Summer Hiatus Over... blasting into Fall

Ah now that the sweet heat of summer is over... I am ready to tackle the fall with gusto... not to mention that Catherine and I have been working out.. hummm yummy and delicious now... I am taking incall this weekend.. so anyone interested please email me with your requests..

Yeah yeah she just misses some of you thats all...

As far as working out well a little HEALTHY and GOOD competititon never harmed anybody....so nora you better work out twice a day because so far I have you beat by 10lbs.....heee but I admit I cheated because I got a jumpstart in the heat of eastern europe.  

One last thing if you are sick DO NOT SEE HER!  I do not want a sick girl on my hands again.:)
