Okay so my blood has boiled since i first read this so I thought i would offer some porfessional info on street action coming straight from both my former boss a recently retired cop and  someone who recently left vice for narcs
There is a guy with plates XXX who had ran a dodgy agency in the cites for a number of years who when the phones arent ringing puts the girls in the east stpaul neighborhood payne or arcade street!  Also there are plenty of crack whoresto be found in frog town these days as well also you may want to check out st.paul.gov/police/prositution webpage for weekly pictures posted of men busted for picking up girls in those neighborhoods.  I know the other board has had some posts on this subject while it was gutsy of you to post about the subject maybe you should go join your friends who like their picture on the internet for slumin a 20dollars gril in the ghetto..good luck try to stay out of trouble and remember the girls who dont have bugs climbing out of their hair are probably a safe bet because they wouldnt be a vice girl!
