I agree with everything you said except LE undercover. It is expensive to place ads on Eros and I don't see LE paying to put four ads up. Eros also has some of the toughest verification policies around.
I would say TGTBT. Before the economy went into the tank three years ago, it was common to see handfuls of providers with really tempting pictures post ads up at the same time. The common theme would be no reviews anywhere and no hobbyist with any info.
