specifically, what do you mean you say a provider is a spinner?

Spinner refers to a petite lady that is small enough to spin on you. like a " toy top" you used to play with as a kid.

Tab, Britney and Menaje would qualify under this.

Menajes gets the vote for the tiniest provider I have seen lately. Jess is alot of fun to spin as well, but nothing beats the evening I spent with a pair of Vietnamese cousins a couple of years ago in Iowa. They were both under five feet tall and clocked in around 90 lbs each. Couldn't you just write a book? I know I could.
