Spinner? What is it?

I am curious.  What is a "spinner"?  

Is it a definition of hips, waist, chest?  Athletic?  Abs?  

What does she look like?  

What does she Act like?  

GFE or PSE? Either?

Can a "spinner" be any age?

Can a "spinner" have large breasts?  Natural? Enhanced? Either?

I am so confused when people ask for a "spinner" and just wonder what people are asking for.  Best of all, I even wonder if in "asking the question" you are getting your best possible responses when using a term that seems to me rather vague.

Or, maybe I'm just not in the know.  ;-)

A spinner is a very thin, smaller hips and chested lady.  Don't know if GFE/PSE makes a difference in the definition.

Nothing more than petite and slender and being able to switch from north to south with ease. I am certain that at some point the size of  breasts impede the aerodynamics of it all. Age nor beauty, or personality, has no bearing. So the question becomes: Is a 65 year old, large breasted, skinny/petite and unattractive woman with a bad personality a "spinner?" I heard the word/term used many yrs ago refering to a petite woman (in an asian country), small enough to be suspended by a rope and held in a basket above you by a second female, who would also "spin" her while she was above you.
