Autumn, you are FAR from being correct. Thsi board is a DISCUSSION board first and also provides an outlet for providers to submit an advertisment for their specials or if they are traveling somewhere. They are allowed to do this on a WEEKLY basis. NOT whenever they choose!
That is why there are sites such as EROS, TC uncovered, Cityvibe.ect. You just need to figure out TER policy better and know how to work the system to your advantage.

I do greatly apologize for my ignorace. LOL. I do understand now about ad postings. I was just having problems with my review listing, and then the boards, I was just starting to get fusterated....again I do apologize.
