If a story identifies a provider or hobbyist by name, do NOT post a link here. There is a zero tolerance policy regarding outing people.

I know, it's in the paper. Fine. You found it, let others find it if they want. You don't need to point it out.

If you see a news article where a provider was busted by LE or learn of sting locations, wouldn't it make sense to let other hobbyists know?

So that any hobbyist that had visited that provider could get a jump on any actions that LE might initiate?  ie: find a GREAT lawyer.

I would hate to have his job to be honest with you he has had to read every one of my posts for content, TeR has toughened the rules and he is suppose to follow them.
He is not here to be your friend but respect for a job that basically sucks ass should be given.
It is not Brown nosing to say Hey Good Job Puck that is appreciation from a very small group of people.
The rest of you would just like to crucify him and then what happens we have to break in another moderator and we go through the whole damn process again.
Long winded but true.
I dont need your love either .

If you ask Puck for information or clarification, he does take the trouble to respond. I call that a good thing. 'Course, it probably helps if you are courteous.

As the post above is intended to comply with the clarification I received, if he takes it down I'm going to say "I must have misunderstood."

You sound like you'd be fun, QS, are you ever going to post any contact info?

As far as I know, TER has a long standing policy against posting information that reveals details about a hobbyist's or provider's personal life.  Making a post saying "so and so got arrested" and linking it to a news story with the person's real name seems like a clear violation of that.
