Recently I have responded via email to a number of "special" ads with no response. The ladies in question shall remain nameless out off respect.
Therefore I am turning the table and taking bids for a multi hour outcall session this weekend. DATY is a must, BBBJ is a plus. My references are the best.
Ander, I have found that when the lady lists an email address, it is NOT as fast as a phone call. I know that the 3 ladies on the board all have Email AND phone numbers listed.
My suggestion is to pick up the phone and call them for a quicker result and better response. In my opinion all 3 ladies specials are worth considering!
But then there is the possibility of an overabundance of replys to their emails and phone calls that the providers have to ration their many calls and emails. My best bet would be to contact them as early as possible! Good Luck and maybe see you in the winner circle!
I am wondering how I got into the conversation as well - at least I would assume so... as far as I have seen I am the only Amber servicing the TC at this time? I have not posted any specials or even a tour since November. I should be back to my regular tours in January, and I can not recall any e-mails that I have missed.... if I am the wrong Amber than I assumed wrong, but I would like to apologize if I missed an e-mail, or clear my name if it wasn't me - whichever way it is.... lol

Me and my big yapper... No sooner did I post a few days back about how impressed I was with all the specials. I too have found the exact same thing. I sent out a few e-mails and only got one response, and I will name names... Jess responded very quickly even though she's the one that has very limited access to a computer.
It's the oldest trick in sales there is... It's much easier to offer customers great prices on products you don't carry than on the ones you do. Call a car dealer that says "they'll beat any advertised price" and no matter what model you ask for, the answer will be "sorry, we don't have any of those available in our inventory."
As for your "priceline" style of proposition, good luck and let us all know how it goes. I seem to remember there being an absolute flame war on the national board a while back when someone proposed this.

I guess I’ve been lucky. I’ve had pretty good success emailing the girls about the recent specials they’ve been posting here lately. I assume this is because they check their email more often when they’re expecting responses to a special.
I think there are quite a few providers who don’t ordinarily check their email frequently, and prefer to correspond via phone. I’m not sure why. I’m guessing they just aren’t much into computers, and don’t even log on often. Too bad, because it seems to me that email would be more convenient for answering basic preliminary questions about rates and availability. I’d rather not have to bother girls on the phone and waste their time unless I’m reasonably sure I’d like to meet them, but I don’t have much choice when they don’t respond to emails.
I appreciate all the specials a lot of the local girls have been offering lately. It’s definitely given me the incentive to make a few extra appointments.
I sometimes worry a little about sending too many details via email. The idea that the messages often get copied in reply and saved in "sent" folders when replied to kinda spooks me. Any email address no matter how anonymous it seems to be is traceable to an extent and I just don't want to leave too much documentation behind. Verbal phone conversations feel much safer, if you tend worry about such things.
