Since Favre joined the Vikings:
For every game he's started...
The Vikings have won;
The Vikings have positive passing and rushing yards;
Brad Childress decided to sport new whiskers and put on a cap...he actually looks cool now;
Tickets sales have ballooned (I even broke down and bought season tickets this year)
Some other interesting facts that I attribute directly to the Brett Favre acquisition since August 18th:
The NYSE has gained about 300 points; the NASDAQ about 125;
The average price per gallon of gas has dropped about 10 cents;
my daughter married a fantastic guy;
my net worth has increased;
no new global wars have started nor did we get attacked again on 9/11;
The Canadians have decided to postpone their planned invasion of Minnesota and North Dakota...whew!
This is gonna be one frickin' good year!!!
