I dont understand it either. But I will say that I would be guilty as charged on similar offense though. I will never wear white socks with sandals but have been known to wear wool socks w/ my birks in the early spring/fall. I think that white socks and sandals are a definite fashion don't and as far as wool socks go, we'll let the real critics decide. But that's just my opinion, I could be wrong.
That's about as bad as wearing bermuda shorts with black dress shoes and black socks!!! I have asked my friends to put me away if they ever catch me doing that - it means I am brain dead and actually need to be out away -- HAHA!!

I agree big time. Sandles...sand.....not fall or winter with socks. I laugh at guys when they dress that way. Its like wearing snow boots with shorts. Kids who dont know any better do that. LOL
