I am curious what winter sports everyone out there is into! I enjoy igloo building, snow boarding, going from sauna to frozen lake or pool... riding horses of course and playing disc golf in the snow. There is so much to do! Biking can be challenging but enjoyable on cool winter days with no snow.
And for those who ski of snowboard, what is your favorite resort? I enjoy Afton pretty well.... but haven't been to any up north
I love to ski.....Welch is my local fave, Trollhaugen and Buck are too small. Haven't visited Afton......yet. Summit area and Tahoe are my fave...... Inside sports include........you know!!
Some fun runs. And of course the lake is always splendid.

Lutsen is arguably the best place in the midwest, but locally I'd have to go with Afton or Welch Village. I think with an Afton pass you may have access or big discounts to Vail and other summit county resorts in CO, because there owned by the same parent company.
I think a weekend getaway meet and greet would be an awesome idea to Lutsen or some other MN ski destination. What could be better ski/snowboarding, cocktails, and whatever else may happen between consenting adults.
Downhill or cross country. I have skied all of the local hills with the exception of Buck Hill. Afton would be my preference locally but Lutsen is by far the best in Minnesota. I love soaking in a hot tub and cuddling up by the fire after a long day of skiing at either the Lutsen Lodge or BlueFin. Otherwise, if possible, Summit County in CO, in particular Copper Mountain, is my favorite. I also grew up snowmobiling and ice skating. I have been ice fishing (and yes, hijinks galore in a fish house.) Some day I'd like to try skijoring as well as xc skiing to an overnight yurt!
I love all seasons. Winter brings in new options for activity; yet many of my activities are of the indoor/outdoor variety depending on the weather. My list: Travel to warm places (south) Snowshoe / hike when not enough snow (great parks near my home in Duluth) Indoor rock climb (there are 3 locations in MN to rock climb with Vertical Endeavors). Roller skate (outdoor is great on the Lake walk --isn't Lake Superior...Superior?) Cuddle Watch movies Fuck Get sweaty Sauna (like you OP)
...tails!! That is cocktails for all you dirty minded people!!
Might do another polar plunge this winter for some good cause or fundraiser event.

Bareback every 18-19yo provider that pops up on backpage or live links! ;P (why waste time with that other stuff when there's an endless supply of fresh meat dashing against the rocks of life in the sea of broken-dreams!).
But one thing different in the winter is I'm far more likely to book a jacuzzi-suite for these activities than I am in the other seasons... Also I tend to hit the rub-n-tugs a bit more frequently in the winter as well...
Nothing like it with friends. I have ridden up to 2500 miles in one winter. I have ridden in 10 states and three Canadian provinces. Best two trail are in Yellowstone, but best overall is Black Hills. Want to go to upper NY and Ontario.
I think this is the year for you to take a naughty pic in MY fish house!
