If it is the Amanda review you are not seeing, I get a load failure message "Microsoft VBScript runtime error '800a005e'
Invalid use of Null: 'cstr'/reviews/showReview.asp, line 160"

Your other review show just fine.

Any one know why a review I submitted shows up under account manger as posted but when you do a search using provider name and area code it does not show up?  I asked TER but no response.

The easiest way to find the review is to "Search by Reviewers," rather than "Search Reviews."  Type your handle in the "reviewer's name" field, and find her review by you.  Click on "see provider's profile," and you can see what info is on it, so you can search for it in "Search Reviews."  Check the "Exclude bad websites" field (default is "Yes," so you might need to change it to "No"), her area code, and how her name is spelled, and see if it is different from what you were using to search.

If you find a mistake in her profile, please submit a problem report on it, letting them know the updated info.  You get free VIP days for approved problem reports, and you will be helping the TER community.  :-)

BTW, I deal only with the discussion area, not the reviews section of TER, and my access to the reviews is the same as that of any other VIP member.  But, I have to look for provider profiles all the time, so I've learned a few things about searching along the way.

When I look under my accounts the review shows up.  If I try to view the review under Search by Reviewers the error below comes up.  Is this something I did wrong?  I sent a technical problem report to TER.
Microsoft VBScript runtime error '800a005e'
Invalid use of Null: 'cstr'

/reviews/showReview.asp, line 160

You can almost always see a specific review by searching for reviews by username (e.g.
unemployed).  When the review comes up I click
the provider's profile button to bring up all her
reviews.  Delisted providers do not have a
profile and it will say it is no longer
available.

In your case, there is a bug that will not let me
bring up your review of Amanda.  It gives me an
application error.
