Can anyone shed some like on the "skipsweb.com" ad links in many of the TER profiles?  Now you go to the ad link and you aren't even able to see any information or photos because some big F-ing disclaimer window blocks the entire ad and even if you click the "accept"  box nothing happens.  WTF??

It's a scraper site only different in that it scrapes information straight from TER review profiles. Probably scrapes pictures from the ad board that cannot be named. The site started out under a url that included the letters TER in it. I posted something a while ago that got taken down because, TER told me, they were talking to their legal department about the situation. Apparently this is the result of those talks. It's clearly the same site. The TOS and email address at the bottom of each page are the same. I wonder if this post will get yanked, too.  

I think the information in skipsweb only gets updated when the TER profile is changed. For women who only advertise on the site TER won't mention, maybe this is a way to have something other than "Report New Web Site" in their profile at no cost. But I can't see any other point to the site. It's all third-hand information.

The disclaimer is new, but I'm using Chrome and it goes away when I hit Accept so I don't know what is happening to you.

I use Firefox and have no problems.
