The only reason the site would be in trouble with LE is if it acted as a front for an agency or if they had direct involvement with $$ for sex and took a cut of the proceeds.

As it stands now, the site is basically an advertising website like eros, TER, RS2000. LE would have a difficult time proving direct involvement with prostitution beyond a reasonable doubt. Much easier for LE to target the actual escorts and johns.
