New on the scene - looks hot.  Wish she was more responsive.  My theory is its typical of new ones going independent - can't handle the number of phone calls and emails so they just respond to enough to keep busy and ignore the rest.  Might be worth some persistance.  Someone's got to be pointman.  I am going to keep trying.
