Of course semen is not pee with sperm.  Pee (urine) is excreted from the kidneys and stored in the bladder.  Semen is mostly produced by the seminal vesicles and prostate gland.   These glands secrete, and store these fluids for a specific purpose.

There are no glands in a woman that can secrete, store and deliver "squirt".  The kidneys provide it.

So if "squirt" is not urine, where does it come from?  Fluid produced by your body comes from specific structures.   (Prostate and other glands for semen, kidneys for urine, etc).

There is only one place in a woman's body for storing the volume of liquid that is "squirted" and that is in the bladder.  As seen in the photo, that stream is being expelled out of her urethral opening, that track leads directly to the bladder and the bladder is connected via ureters to the kidney.  

Kidneys produce what?  Say it with me now: urine!

It's often dilute urine to be sure - a woman cannot squirt unless she is properly hydrated.  

So, yes, it is not concentrated pee, it is dilute but make no mistake the kidneys make one fluid and one fluid only: pee.

Whenever a providers pics are picked on the formula is always the same..another provider trying to sound like a man but using an made up handle starts off saying (usually when the picture is getting a lot of attention) "yes she is hot(insert compliment) then bam the BUT now comes the cut. Then miraculously G's name pops up in the next couple threads trying to sound all sweet but it is clear the writing style is always the same.  Amber I apologize your pic is a refreshing change.
